En venant de Nice : Au carrefour du Pont St-Jean, prendre à droite directions "St-Jean Cap Ferrat/Beaulieu bord de mer" puis tout de suite à gauche direction "Casino de Beaulieu". Tourner immédiatement à gauche après le casino, remonter la Rue Albert 1er qui passe sous un pont puis traverse l'Avenue Maréchal Joffre ; continuer tout droit. La rue Albert 1er se prolonge par la Montée des Orangers, la villa est sur un angle à droite.
From Nice : Arriving in Beaulieu, there is a cross-roads at the "Pont St-Jean". There turn right to "St-Jean Cap Ferrat/Beaulieu bord de mer". Immediately after turned right, turn left to "Casino de Beaulieu" (the road on the right hand side goes to St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat). Follow the road down to the Casino. Immediately after it, turn left into "Rue Albert 1er". Follow the street (you go under a railway bridge). At the next cross-roads (with the "Av. du Maréchal Joffre") go straight on into the "Montée des Orangers". The Villa Gracia stands on your right-hand side a few yards after the cross-roads with the "avenue du Maréchal Joffre".
