We welcome you to the Provençal Gard, in the low Cévennes, right in the heart of the Cèze valley, on 5,000m2 of fenced land. Automatic gate, private car park. Our property is ideal for a relaxing stay with 10x5m swimming pool and direct access to the wood. The protected environment is perfect for nature lovers & cyclists. We'll be delighted to play a game of boules with you!
"La pensée du jour" is located 26km from Uzès, a beautiful city and the first duchy of France, 40km from the Pont du Gard, the famous Roman aqueduct and registered by the UNESCO as world heritage, 50km from Anduze, well-known for its potteries and bamboo forest, 15km from Barjac, its traditional brocante sales (at Easter & on 15th August). Nîmes, Avignon and Orange are just one hour away and Gourdagues, the local Venice is 15km from us.
Famous sights are also La Roque sur Cèze and the Saudatet waterfalls, another registered site among the most remarkable sites if France, only 20km away.
